For the last decade, I have combined what helped me in my journey not only as an athlete but also with the transition into the holistic health world, the healing modalities and tools to shift into a more empowered and loving place.
It’s not just about love and light, it’s about learning that light cannot exist without the darkness, and both must be embraced. That is where the power lies and what will give you the courage to face your shadows and use them to your advantage.
